That is rubbish - tell me how do you define what's more important between say power management and the radio in the handset. Without power, we're all screwed. What about switching patents, because without switching there would be no scale. What about audio patents - again, these devices are useless unless they can capture voice. What about speech coding, the safe delivery of packets, cell handover. Come on - none of these patents are radio dependant....its not just about radio.
