I recall that you had an eye out for a Flarion IPO for quite a while. That may have not happened because the Q purchase was preordained given some set of what were future possible conditions in 2001 that came around in 2005.

Was there mention anywhere of other bidders Q, F or the usual competitor suspects, including Intel this time around? Could be: 1) they all stupidly missed the boat like when they failed to pick up Qualcomm for $4 or 6 billion in '98; 2) Q stupidly overpaid for what the others figure to be a broken tech company; 3) Q got lucky; 4) the door was not opened.
