Why don't you go read some actual scholarship instead of sitting back with your American frame of mind and projecting what can and cannot be true in the Arab world?

My common sense is working better than your "scholarship".

You claim Arabs hate "the west" including America because "the west" has ascended while Arabs have declined. Well so has Japan in the past 100 years, so one would expect Arabs to hate Japanese while they have ascended and Arabs have declined. Do Arabs hate Japan because it has become powerful while they have declined? No. Hmmmm.

In fact, it makes tremendous sense that Arabs have no reason to have any strong opinions about a multicultural country (USA) on the other side of planet which does not border any Muslim country, and inside of which many Muslims live quite successfully. The primary reason Arabs have a strong negative view of the USA, and no such view of Mexico, Brazil, Japan, or Australia, is the USA's unquestioning support for Israel.

Conclusion, my common sense is better than your scholarship. You should skip your texts and study my writings a bit more, sweety.
