Questions: (From company statements below.)

1. Who in their right mind would finalize an agreement to market and sell AXEN if the product patent hasn't been officially accepted and approved? I can understand someone being in preliminary-type "what if" talks, but who would sign an agreement without patent protection??

2. This release states that Arata is "the owner of the 'patented' formulas." Back up here...the formulas have not been "officially" patented!!! Just patent pending for the time being---which is not really nuthin'. Official issuance of patent is what counts. So why does this press release represent Arata as the owner of the "patented" formulas if there in fact has been no patent "officially" issued and finalized (with accompanying verifiable patent numbers available for inquiring inquisitive souls to check up on...) ????

Huh????????? Are we still having to chase the delusive butterfly??

Maybe Arata et al oughta wait and speak of "patented" ONLY when this is official and a ****FACT****

"An agreement to market and sell AXEN has been finalized. AXEN is a
disinfectant being developed by the company. The product is designed to be non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The company has patent
applications pending with respect to two formulas for the product -- one for veterinary use and one for general use. Testing of the products is not complete. Andrew Arata, the inventor of the patented formulas and one of the managing partners of Environetics, has signed a marketing agreement that will ensure AXEN will receive
continued technical guidance and support. The company hopes to market the products to larger companies who will work with NVID for the completion of the development and commercial marketing of the products. The company is pursuing several potential development partners for this purpose. No agreements have been entered
into and there can be no assurance that the company efforts in this regard will be successful."
