This is the part I'm sticking around for. With a 75% dilution since I've bought in, it only makes sense to wave pom-poms and hang in if the SEMCO and Pro-Mold business is accretive.

But what worries me is the debt renegotiation on the SEMCO deal. It looks like maybe three of the original five stakeholders are getting less than they contracted for. My stock isn't worth even par value if either SEMCO or Pro-Mold sue for rescission.
