I was able to buy RMKMF via Schwab online with no problem, though there was no bid/ask quote. I just went to stockwatch (http://www.stockwatch.com/swnet/utilit/utilit_snapsh_result.aspx) and got an RMKL quote on the CNQ, converted to U.S. dollars by multiplying by about .90, and put in for the price I wanted. If I didn't get filled after a while, I raised my price a little and got filled.

It's not very liquid and not an easy fill like trading on other exchanges, but it can be done fairly easily and with low, online commissions.

I think accumulating ahead of Toronto listing will prove very rewarding over the long term.
