The point is that the public's "right to know" stops somewhere. Even after a reporter in Colorado disclosed the identity of Kobe Bryant's accuser, the mainstream media went out of their way to not relay the information.

Of course, we all know the mainstream media doesn't believe in the war on terrorism, or at least the way Bush fights it, so publishing any leak from the CIA is fair game to them.
