What do you think of this idea Taro. Have all compensation be based off the compensation of the lowest paid employees in an organization. That way, the ONLY way for CEO's to jack their pay would be give raises to the serfs, and in doing so, they'd be increasing the pay of EVERYONE in the organization. You have kids? Should your monthly disposable income depend on their monthly allowance?
