Ted, Strangely enough, the worst that happens to coulter is a pie in the face. The Dixie Chicks were threatened with death.

I'm pretty sure that Ann Coulter gets death threats on a regular basis. So you think she deserves it while the Dixie Chicks don't?

Yes, I think she deserves whatever bad things befall her.

I agree, but like I said before, I also think that the Dixie Chicks should be first about the music, and politics second.

These are special times. Whether you want to believe it or not, this is not business as usual.

I have to stay on top of economic issues and I can not tell you how much concern there is over the dollar. The dollar has been the standard that the world has followed for roughly 50 years. Now there is talk of other monies becoming THE hard currency by which the world operates. Bush and his policies have done far more economic damage to this country than you have allowed yourself to believe.

Otherwise, the Dixie Chicks will just open themselves up to the same sort of crap that Ann Coulter asks for every single day.

The Dixie Chicks are not spouting a lot of political rhetoric. They voiced some mild opposition to Bush three years ago and have paid a heavy price. Your friends are not nice. Consequently, they are angry and have told you all in a rather nice way that they will not go quietly into the nite. <end of story>
