The NC computer is by basic defination a maintance free PC. ie all software resides somewhere else, and is uploaded and run locally as needed. Hence no software upgrades, less perphipals to cause problems. Cost of the NC box itself is not as important as the cost of maintance. An Apple/Orcale partnership could generate some interesting shifts is corporate networks?
