Barty, perhaps you can explain your basis,as mentioned by you
on the Nokia thread, for giving credence to the repeated rantings of that Korea Times reporter concerning the purported upcoming end of royalties to be paid by Korean manufacturers to Qualcomm. Is it your position that in its two press releases directly refuting that reporter`s claims, Qualcomm has lied, and defrauded investors, by stating that the referenced agreements were all superseded by new 3G licenses? Did your efficient market get that one right, too?
