Definitely something broken in our legal system. Time to start talking about fundamental reform. For years we've seen case after case - 5/4. They have 230 years of precedent to guide them. They have the best educations our society can offer. They have high IQs. They should be able to reach consensus interpreting fundamental principles of law - if that was what they were trying to do. If they were making it up as they went along, we'd see 5/4, 5/4, 5/4. Well making it up is NOT their job. They are obviously abusing the vast authority we've delegated to them. Time to start rethinking the institution.
