Not necessarily a flip flop, maybe after closer review of that position it seemed the more prudent and/or sensible... I don't know if anything is written in stone permanently... there's nothing wrong or improper with reassessing one's position and making some corrective adjustments along the way... this is the problem otherwise, if a decision is made that cannot be modified with new information, we would never advance forward... GZ
