Bush has made Iran and North Korea much more dangerous. No one can debate that fact. It's obvious. Clinton never had to endure insulting threats from these two contries. He pacified them. Sure it wasn't perfect. But by 2000, Iran was moderating greatly and becoming more pro-US, and North Korea was neutralized.

Bush made two crucial mistakes with both these nations, #1 refusing to talk to them, #2 the idiotic "Axis Of Evil" speech which made NK ten times as paranoid and drove Iran into the hands of Islamic extremists. Bush has had similar bad results with Palestine, Somalia, Venezuela and Egypt. Plus he has alienated most of our traditional allies and dissed the UN which is the one body which can actually help solve these complex multi-lateral problems.

Bush is the worst foreign policy president in our history, and you can add that to a long list of what he's the "worst ever" at.
