Another reason being that oil, oil futures and related issues have become a major target on the WW commodity markets. With all that money in the side lines with nowhere to go in the current extremely volatile stock market, current production volumes and costs have little to do with the market prices of the day. I am amazed our libs have yet to discover how the international speculators are causing havoc in our energy system. I mean, the bad capitalists at work, right? They would rather pin it on Bush as usual. Taro
