Well, you just have your facts wrong. Every employee is offered healthcare coverage at Walmart. There are 18 plans, some with as little as $11 per month contribution. They also offer presciption drugs with as little as $3 co-pay. 401k, stock contributions, bonuses, dental, heath savings accounts, etc.
