Duh! The company should be paying the healthcare premiums for its employees. It is not paying them for non-employees. IOW, the employee is earning the premium. If the company doesn't, then the taxpayer has to pick up the tab. And I suppose that includes you as well. In effect, you are paying for a form of welfare - corporate welfare.
