Like the most recent, "culture of corruption." As I said, there's a lot of blame to go around; my point was, in agreement with you, that there's a schism and it isn't getting any better, and nobody seems to be making any attempt to reduce it. Like your description of Bush "cherry picking" information leading up to the invasion of Iraq. Of course he cherry picked information -- but I don't believe that he knew in advance that many of his suspicions were unfounded. Is a preacher lying when he describes Hell?
