Alan: Now that John Felderhof has passed the lie detector test with flying colours (according to his lawyer), it's obvious that he was an innocent to Michael deGuzman's fraud scheme. Mr. Felderhof is a victim, and it's time for us to now leave him alone to enjoy his yacht and quiet enjoyment of the rest of his life. The case is closed.
