"A Macromedia official said there was no corporate news to report, but later was unavailable to comment on the speculation of a sale." I assume this is standard procedure, but if the rumors were totally false, would they deny them? This whole buyout thing would be great if it were true, but it is not the reason I bought or am holding the stock... -M
