I tried to warn some posters but the feeling among many was that if Cuban were involved, there would be massive gains, given his supposed reputation.

What I'm saying is that someone who is a "Crusader," should make sure that his dealings are above rapproach. Clearly, some of the news releases created expectations in the public that were not reflected in reality. The deal was not structured to enhance shareholder values. Were fiduciary duties to minority interests protected? This is a key question that should be answered.

Cuban may be protected by filings and by disclaimers, but is that any way for a "Crusader" to act?

Does his announced intention of front running his exposure of scams make him more of a "Crusader?"

Why is the "Crusader" community silent on these issues? What would have been the reaction from the "Crusader" community if this deal were done by someone else?

It should not be "my scam is ok, yours is not."

At least, that's my opinion, no claim being made that any actual scamming is being done by Cuban or others. Perception is the key in markets and fiduciary concepts are often vague and equity based.
