I just love the timing. Analysts cut after stock prices collapse 50% in six months. Contrarians seem to be buying today thinking the bad news is priced in. These builders have been flatlining here. I don't mind waiting on the sidelines. The longer this goes on the cheaper those Sept-Nov puts become. Noticed the calls seem to be somewhat more expensive than the puts. Anyone have a logical reason?
