It is used to move the enemy's military forces out of an area. In that, in the last 25 years or so, it has been about 50% effective when the suicide bombing is actually successful. Obviously reality is lost upon you in favor of a simple minded, regressive and thoroughly immoral view of the world. You should go back to your paintball weekends.
