when first discovered those Fjord glaciers met at the ocean that was around 1700(maybe sooner) by 1850 they receded 60 miles. since 1950 about 5-10 more and in some cases they grew 1-5 miles since 1980.

What caused them to recede 60 miles from 1700 to 1850
