New Jersey's governor and lawmakers reached a deal Thursday on a new state budget, . . . . Well, fancy meeting you here, Bill. And a hello to you. It's a good deal, though I would have preferred an income tax raise (progressive) to a sales tax raise (regressive). Someone had to do something to begin to address the structural problems in NJ. Corzine is doing something close to the right thing. We'll just have to wait and see what the voters think in a couple of years or so. But I'm certain what you think. How's the sun and fun in H?
