Cliff Baxter (for sure dead) was engineered (so many think) into a classification of "suicide" when the true cause of death was likely murder. The "test" of Ken Lay's death will be his appearance in an open-coffin casket. If it's a closed casket, or a 1000% private funeral attended by his wife and immediate family only, with death certificate & autopsy provided by "carefully selected" "experts" and Mrs. Lay moves (after a suitable time) to some country with NO extradition agreements with the U.S. then I think there might be room for some suspicion, doncha think? Enron was characterized by observing no limitations in its actioms. Laws didn't mean a helluva lot, just something to be gotten around by V & E. Ken Lay and friends have all the experience and smarts to pull it off, and the Komander might even lend a helping covert hand. Namaste! Jim
