Or, as I suspect, the fundamental nature of these patents is the same whether applied in a narrowband or wideband context. Bingo! "Wideband" or "Narrowband" doesn't matter since the patents are not specific either explicitly or implicitly. (I looked at this 3 or 4 years ago inre IDCCers claims that IDCC owned wideband, since Q's patents were only for narrowband.) Clark
