And it isn't the kind of growth either of us would have expected before the fact.

Well, your growth isn't such a big problem.. It's that CHURN running at 18% annualized AFTER the 46% bail on the Promo side of things.

Even all of this would be workable if the CPGA wasn't astronomic in proportion to the ARPU generated. Yet, they don't even require a contract to guarantee the return on their capital to acquire each subscriber.

Anyone that even had a vauge CLUE of subscriber models saw this one was stinkin' up the place from the beginning.. Yet some so called "experts" kept talkin' up this POS companies like they were not only astute investments.. More so that they were CASH COW GOLD MINES... LOL!

Like this dolt..

The churn is just fine -- about where it was to begin with -- 1.3-1.5%.

As I told you back then, you don't comprehend the power of the business model.

You can always find naysayers -- but the fact remains that XM's annual losses have peaked and for '05 the loss will be greatly reduced over '04 (by at least $150 M) and for '06 it is likely to be reduced by more than that.

At the time, you were sure SACs and churn would destroy XM; yet, SACs have been well-controlled as has churn.

I'm not sure why this is so difficult for some people.

It appears that "some experts" have now become "some people".

LOL!!!

And so it goes,
