SEC approves 12G filing Image Power Inc IPZ Shares issued 15,900,813 Sep 23 close $0.24 Tue 23 Sept 97 News Release Mr Stephen Swift reports The company has received approval of its 12g 3-2(b) filing by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The filing was made in anticipation of greater US based investor involvement. Approval of the filing will effectively "blue sky" the company for trading in certain US states. As previously reported the company was recently approved by the Standard & Poor's editorial board for financial coverage in the Standard Corporation Records manual.
