Intel beavering away on Ovonyx. OUM. Phase change technology. Non-volatile like flash. Speed of sram. Small in size like dram. Vastly more write cycles than flash (>10T). Or in other words the holy grail. uk.theinquirer.net No idea how far they are with the development. No idea either why the Inq is reporting on it over a year of complete silence around the technology. Regards, Rink
