Left to its own devices the best people will earn the most money no matter where they live -- it is already happening. US incomes will only fall if we fail to improve our productivity. Our incomes will not fall due to others being cheaper, but rather because others work to be better. Personally, I am more concerned about the implications of being paid in a currency that is becoming worthless.
