Hi Ben, "Has anyone found the S13D allegedly filed on Aug. 21st for Amber Arbitrage or Pax Clearing? It is not in the EDGAR archives." I'm puzzled about the Amber Arbitrage and Pax Clearing issues as well. I've kept close watch on daily transactions for the last 4 months and found no unusual price fluctuations. In fact, the pattern gave clear indication of large players selling than buying. Perhaps they've acquired the stock in some private deal? Are the private asset transfers subject to same SEC rules and regulations? While all of these surreptitious actions are unnerving, the market doesn't seem to mind; the stock didn't collapse today. If it doesn't gradually fade away in November there may be a chance left for JTS. NI
