Oversold as hell. Talked to IR today. They sent me a MM buy recc on EXTL. ING entended debt to 1999, and business not suffering inspite of this qt fall. Its due to their expennditure in to expansion. List of good clients blah blah. Also conference is scheduled for tomorow with a news. I am in it for a rebound target of 7
