New thing about the eye surgery. Got a bill for $525 for the anesthesiologist today. A nurse from the clinic did stick a needle in my hand, hurt but was never used. Since I never got so much as an aspirin I called and asked what he had done. He was in the building in case something went wrong and they had to put you under. Now that's a racket. They must have run 50 people through the clinic in 5 hours and he collects $525 from each of them just for being on call. I would say it's the reason insurance is so high but insurance won't pay it as he did nothing.
