Trigger happy on this one.

Standard protocol ought to be:

1) If somebody thinks somebody is polluting the thread, tell the moderator (and say why)

2) Moderator tells the individual concerned:
"this is not how we behave here--please modify your behavior"

3) If they don't, tell them one more time and they're gone.

4) If one more time occurs, they are gone.

We are presumably in favor of a freedom of expression here
(within stated limits) and we should avoid just canning people because they irk us a bit. Almost everybody here does that from time to time.

All I have to say on the subject on this one.
