It looks like $bpNDX is really struggling to find the upward path. It appears to be much more difficult than the last 2 times it has been this low and began the recovery process. The bottoming process this time is nearly 2 months old at this point. Not sure when it will bounce back. The other low shown in the chart was only about 4 to 6 weeks wide when it made a nice comeback. Don
