I thought I was clear in my reference to "after the refinancing". LOL!! You can make your "reference point" for statements that you make today anywhere you want to. The problem is... Is that you made your original statement about "minimal dilution" BEFORE THE RE-FINANCING! WHICH WAS WAYYYYY OFF!! But, heck, I was the one that didn't understand the POWER of the business model! That's it.... MAGAZINES!! That's where I got my experience with subscriber models.. What a hoot!! And so it goes, PCSTEL
