I used to have an account there ... absolutely hated dealing with the brokers, and just let the account go dormant. Eventually they closed out the account for lack of activity.

As an aside, here are some statistics I just calculated from my trade journal over the last 2 years (for the pocket-protector crowd). Still trying to ponder what it means (insights anyone), but one thing that jumps out is that shorter is better, no matter what the ladies might say. This affirms my general impression that I can make more money having an inchy finger on the sell button -- holding and hoping doesn't seem to work nearly as well for me -- and the differences would have been even more lopsided if it wasn't for the fact that I had a tranch of ARU that ended up in the >60 day category.

trades held <= 60 calendar days (unweighted):

average return per all trades 35.9%
average return per losing trade -11.9%
average return per winning trade 69.9%
average number of days in a trade 27

trades held > 60 calendar days (unweighted):

average return per all trades 18.1%
average return per losing trade -24.3%
average return per winning trade 60.0%
average number of days in a trade 96
