Rink, re low content/repetitive posts "I think your observation is pretty much spot on, but I don't see any workable solution... I have no intent whatsoever in policing the board more than a bare minimum... Voting has been a bit out of fashion, but it is your responsibility." I completely understand your reaction and it's about what I expected. What unpaid volunteer would want to spend all their time policing this board? However, I think it would be very worthwhile to add something about low content/repetitive posts to the rules. It would help us if we could tell an individual that he has posted the same thing 5 times in the last 4 hours. This gives us board members a means to combat this spamming. Right now, spamming is legal. Could we add this to the rules: "Please strive to make each post original and meaningful. It is against board rules to re-post the same material repeatedly (either identically or paraphrasing)." It's an easy addition, let's do it! hs2
