Everyone is entitled to their opinions --- and opinions can be expected to differ, especially about such an important issue as "What is patriotism?"

Anything is possible, I suppose. He certainly could be lying about his citizenship (as could anyone here, I guess).

In the final analysis though, what would that matter? Are you suggesting that ONLY the opinions of citizens of a particular country should be given any weight in that country?

If so --- then nothing Americans say or propose about Iraq - or about ANY OTHER PLACE that isn't part of the 50 States or the territories - should be given any weight either... and only native 'Iraqis' views would matter in that place at all.

So is that what you are *really* arguing for?
