Seems to make sense. How much discussion can you have on this fairly unique tragedy? The IHub board is a constant rehash 1000's of times over of the autopsy, with morticians constantly killing the cadaver. From what I see of the fact pattern, and I don't want to be or claim to be an expert on it, I don't think it provides useful argument pro or con to whether or not naked shorting and MM manipulation is a major problem in our markets. That's not to say that MM's didn't manipulate or that brokers didn't screw their customers. I'm just saying that the issues are too narrow and distinctive to the fact pattern to be useful in the debate either way.
