That's a lie. Kerry never "met" with any enemy. He merely attended an open meeting or press conference attended by people from all over the world during the Paris Peace Talks. He didn't go to Paris for that reason. He wasn't leading any delegation and he never made any suggestions. He simply observed, wanting to find out what was really going on and why peace was taking so long to happen. Kerry wanted only to end the war and save more and more US lives, including POW's being held by the VC. By then, it was totally irrational and self-defeating to keep the war going. It was Nixon's foot-dragging which got thousands more US troops killed than had to be. During the war, Kerry killed a lot of VC. During the war, Bush-Cheney-Delay all dodged the draft and hid out. Not a single major rightwing leader has ever served in combat.
