Why do these little squares appear now, always, in your posts? It is strange.
I shall, however, tell you of another Strange Thing. On Sunday night I was slicing an onion, not in my usual careful way, I was in a hurry. And so--my knives, as I've said before, are very sharp, I don't mess with stainless, only carbon steel for me--slicing away, I laid back a piece of flesh on the tip of my ring finger. Whatta bore. Bled like a pig. Eventually I decided that leaning over the sink bleeding to death slowly, or even quickly, wasn't an interesting prospect, and anyway I wanted to get on with the pizza.
And THEN, ably drawing on my profound market researches, I thought of--YOU GUESSED IT!!--Rectite. And so fashioned a little rubber band tourniquet, to stop the action for awhile, and then fastened the flap with SuperGlue.
You'd be really surprised to learn how well this works. I've got stuff to write, and MUST be able to type. No problem, though I have to renew the seal about twice a day, thing's still sorta leaky. I'm not making this up. It DOES work, and works well, as long as you keep the seal in good condition. I am also aware that some types of SuperGlue contain cyanide, but what the hell, less dull than death by exsanguination.
