This message applies to any SGI Investor although it is in reply to skafuzio's message. Link regarding the case at Edgar sec.freeedgar.com This is the hearing for July 27th-----if you decide to file an objection you should do so before July 24th to the Judge Lifland. I have a 3 page document sent to debtors, received this weekend--------happy to fax it to any one interested. Send me your fax via private message on SI. (Promise not to distribute or use your # for other purposes.) This is for debtors, but also seems to proscribe how objections will be handled. Appears that the lawyers for creditors want to silence objections by commonshareholders(owners) and maybe some of the creditors------my reading. Incientally, skafuzio hope you will stay around Silicon Investors------this is really a great site for discussion about stocks, economics and politics and the lighter areas of the arts and even poetry. mj
