It will indeed be a very long two and half years for your boy. That is the length of time, until January 2009, before the Bush Presidency expires on Constitutional grounds. Until that length of time has passed, inclusive of the November 2006 Congressional elections, this decision by the US Supreme Court will remain as a ticking political time bomb which could explode at any time. It will explode if and when anybody who has standing before a US Court (and any American de facto has that) lays charges against President Bush for being an international war criminal.

Smell the roses, Watson. It's just slow drawn out Chinese water torture for your boy moving forward here.
