Peter...I'll bet if YOUR family is ever trapped on a roof or in an attic after a flood or standing around trying to get some drinking water to stay alive you'll really not care so much about what political party is running what office. You'll just want SOMEBODY to help you out. In the case of Katrina, Bush was the guy most able to offer that help, but as it turned out he didn't even know what was going on. His own people said they made up DVD's of the press coverage so he could get filled in on what MOST of the country already knew.
