THe Colorado Blue Spruce are beautiful.

In New York there is Blue Spruce that is equally beautiful but more subtle in color. Also, the Balsam trees in NY smell divine.

I have always wanted to plant one in my yard.........you have given me an idea to look for one.

I am tempted to use one as a Christmas tree...........I saw one a couple years ago and it was quite expensive...........I would have bought it but My Dad sold Xmass trees as he was a lumberman...............I knew he would turn in his grave if he knew how much it cost............I now wish I had paid the money..........they're gorgeous. It's a shame to waste one as a Christmas tree. Most of the precut trees are treetops preserved by loggers from their Fall harvests.
