I was wondering what your take is on silicon for the forseeable future. Namely, Do you see silicon being replaced by other materials soon(i.e. gallium arsenide) or is this not yet a concern to you? Also, what advantages does GA have over silicon and what are good plays in that arena IYO. I have a small investment in WFR and am looking towards possibly investing in GA.
