The people who aren't traveling to Canada or to Mexico wouldn't have to get passports. The folks in the US who wouldn't ever be going may be the ones who are doing the loudest complaining. We can't have it both ways. We either try to secure who is coming and going in the border areas, or we don't. The Canadians don't like it, because they want to be PC. They have a large Middle Eastern percentage of people in their country.
