The SCOTUS should be elected offices as well. Why set them apart in that regard when both the Exec and Congress must pass voters approval? The eminent domain vote by the supremes highlights their disconnect from average citizens concerns. Two almost impossible tasks--term limits & an elected SCOTUS....we can dream.
